A sculptural candlestick where movement and material meet in an organic flow.
TRASHURE #16 is constructed from recycled clay scraps from throwing – rings and loops layered one on top of the other, creating a form that feels both spontaneous and deliberate. The result is an object where every angle offers a new expression.
The surface is treated with a matte glaze that gives a soft, almost chalky impression. Over this, drops of glossy black glaze emerge – like traces of movement and contrast, where the raw meets the refined.
The narrow top is adapted for taper candles, making the object both functional and sculptural.
