For Grenna Hotell, Carina Johansson worked together with Martin Karlsson to create a tableware collection based on Martin’s clear vision and specific wishes.

With great care for form, function and detail, plates were developed to harmonise with the hotel’s dining experience and presentation. The clean expression is combined with living craftsmanship, where each piece carries the feeling of handmade quality.

Martin Karlsson was a finalist in Årets Kock 2021 and a candidate in the qualification for Bocuse d'Or Sweden 2023, which placed high demands on feeling, precision and overall expression throughout the development process.
