The goal was to create plates that harmonise with the natural surroundings of Svartsö. The result was a combination of lava clay and a glossy white glaze that allows the natural tone of the clay to shine through. This creates a soft, stone-like appearance where every piece carries a genuine and living expression.
Svartsö Krog offers a restaurant, waterfront café, pub and accommodation with beautifully furnished tents by the sea – a relaxed and unique environment where the ceramics become a natural part of the overall experience of food, nature and archipelago life.
