NIKKI’s philosophy was built around combining classic and original recipes, using both modern and traditional cooking techniques from around the world to bring out maximum flavour from carefully selected ingredients.

The ceramics were developed to interact with this complete experience, where food, atmosphere and presentation were allowed to come together. With organic forms and living craftsmanship, the tableware was created to enhance the ingredients and strengthen the experience at the table.

Today, the restaurant continues as Pastalabbet, but the tableware is still in use and remains part of the restaurant experience. The ceramics were created to last over time — in function, quality and expression.
