Restaurant Sjön was founded by Tommy Myllymäki, and it was also where my work with handmade restaurant tableware began around 2010. Together, we developed the first plates with a focus on craftsmanship, function and a living expression for fine dining.

The collaboration became the starting point for many of the restaurant projects that followed over the years, where the ceramics have become a natural part of the dining experience and the presentation at the table.
