For Den Småländska Kolonin, I worked together with restaurateurs Jens Marklund and Per Samuelsson to create handmade ceramics tailored to the restaurant’s modern Nordic expression.

Kolonin operated as a modern fine dining restaurant where ingredients, presentation and atmosphere were at the centre of the experience. The tableware was developed to complement the restaurant’s refined style and highlight its Nordic identity through organic forms and living craftsmanship.

Today the restaurant has closed, with the focus instead on Brasseriet and Tegel, but the collaboration and the ceramics remain as part of the restaurant’s former identity and legacy.
