Prices & Products

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are added and displayed at checkout. Any packaging costs are included in the product and shipping price.

Each product is handmade from clay, a living natural material where variations in colour, texture and shape are a natural part of its unique character. Minor differences between products may therefore occur. All measurements are approximate.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return standard products within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and returned in its original condition.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping, packaging and insurance during transport. To minimise the risk of damage, we recommend packing the item in a similar manner to how it was delivered.

International Orders

For exports and imports, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, VAT and other import-related charges according to the regulations of the destination country. If these charges are not paid and the shipment is returned, the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs related to the return.

Claims & Complaints

If a product has a manufacturing defect, CAJO KERAMIK will of course cover the return shipping cost for approved claims. Consumer rights are governed by Swedish consumer protection legislation.
