At NOC, the ingredients were always at the centre of attention, with fresh sushi and colourful poké bowls where flavour, quality and presentation went hand in hand. The restaurant worked with high-quality fish and seafood, serving fresh daily ingredients with great care and a genuine passion for Japanese cuisine.

The tableware was developed through close collaboration regarding style, function and size, ensuring it complemented the restaurant’s service while highlighting the clean flavours and vibrant colours of each dish.

Although NOC has since closed, the ceramics and the collaboration live on as part of the restaurant’s former identity and expression.
