For the first time, Guide Michelin casts a bit of star shine on three restaurants in Malmö.

At restaurant Ambiance á Vindåkra in Tygelsjö outside Malmö, the star did not come as a surprise.

- We are so good that we suspected we would get a Michelin star, says owner Karim Khouani.
